About Our Founder
Steve is a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience helping companies streamline IT, service delivery, and employee lifecycle processes. He’s built systems and processes that have supported thousands of new hires and terminations, giving him a unique perspective on what makes onboarding and offboarding work—and where it often goes wrong.
Throughout his career, Steve has seen how these moments can either strengthen or erode a company’s culture. By combining strategic automation, people-first design, and real-world experience, he’s helped organizations improve employee satisfaction, reduce risk, and build scalable systems.
